All ticket purchasers are immediately emailed an order confirmation when their order is placed. If you haven’t received an email (and checked your spam folder), please contact us to update your contact info.
This event operates on a guest list, therefore ticket purchasers simply need a photo ID to check-in.
We recommend arriving 40-60 minutes before your scheduled showtime. Check-in opens 60 minutes prior to each show.
All guests do not need to be present for check-in. You may head to the bar or restaurant until we open the showroom doors.
Seating is first come, first serve based on your assignments at check-in. The front row is reserved for premier ticket holders.
If you purchased tickets as a gift or need to transfer to another party, please have them check-in under the purchaser name. They can also see RareMagicPhoenix.com/arrvial for details.
Due to the limited seating and showtimes, all sales are final.
You can message us below with your request and if there is an opening, we will do our best to switch your seats. Guests may also gift their tickets to family or friends.
